Job Description
The IT Project Controls Coordinator manages planning, financial, resource, and schedule controls for multiple IT projects delivered under a primarily waterfall SDLC within a regulated, documentation-driven environment. This role ensures that projects adhere to approved scope, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements, while maintaining audit-ready documentation and supporting disciplined governance. The position partners closely with IT Project Managers, functional leads, Finance, Quality/Compliance, and external vendors to maintain integrated project plans, track dependencies, control costs, support accruals, and perform scenario-based impact analysis for project changes. It is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, financial discipline, and experience in complex, regulated IT delivery programs, including ICT systems implementation across laboratory, ERP, cloud, infrastructure, EAMS, ...
