About the Role: The IT Manager for Quality Manufacturing will report to the Director of Information Technology and oversee daily IT operations within the business unit. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to managing resources, ensuring an effective and reliable computing environment, and maintaining compliance with systems documentation, software licenses, and computerized system validation (CSV). The IT Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning technology initiatives with corporate IT strategy while driving process improvements through innovative solutions.

Location: Boyertown, PA (Hybrid Onsite 3 days/week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Travel: Up to 25% (1-2 times every 2 months)
