Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead the delivery of small to mid-sized IT projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met.
- Assist in requirements gathering and documentation , including business needs, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Work with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, risks, and issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Support system implementation activities , including testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand Java-based applications and AWS Cloud environments , ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.
- Maintain clear and consistent project documentation and communication updates .
