Functieomschrijving

  • Coordinate project activities with global and local teams
  • Manage task planning and scheduling (work plan, dependencies, resource alignment)
  • Track and report progress, risks, issues, decisions, and status
  • Organize and document key meetings (minutes, actions, follow-ups)
  • Coordinate cutover planning and hypercare (if in scope)

    • Profiel

  • Strong IT background with experience in deployment, infrastructure support or IT project delivery.
  • Good knowledge of Windows environments, hardware deployments, software installation and basic networking.
  • Experience working in customer-facing and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Organized, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; French and/or Dutch required.
  • Mobile and willing to travel across Belgian sites when needed....
