Job Description
One of Insight Global's retail clients is looking for an IT Project Administrator who will support the Data Analytics and Reporting Operations Manager by providing essential project administrative, coordination, and organizational support across multiple initiatives. This role supports delivery in a Microsoft centric, Azure DevOps–enabled environment, with exposure to data and reporting workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
• • Maintain and update project documentation, records, and reports across multiple concurrent projects
• Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and resource tracking
• Track progress against milestones and provide regular project status updates
• Identify and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to the Operations Manager
• Support compliance with team policies, standards, and procedures
