Summary The position is in Office of Information and Technology (OIT), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The incumbent serves as senior Operations Manager (OM) providing oversight for Information Technology (IT) products within the Department. The primary purpose of the position is to manage the day-to-day operational support of products including operations processes, planning, design, and operations strategy.
