Enhance your career with Aecon as an IT Operations Specialist responsible for daily support and setup across corporate and branch offices. You’ll provide IT assistance both remotely and in-person while managing project setups.
As an IT Operations Specialist reporting to the Manager, you’ll support key branch offices and job sites. This role includes equipment deployment, maintaining the CMDB, and overseeing lifecycle processes from site mobilization to demobilization. You’ll collaborate with various internal teams and vendors to ensure effective operations across IT setups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily IT support to end users remotely and in-person
• Setup equipment and update the CMDB as needed
• Design and manage job site IM setups with teams
• Oversee reclaim and decommissioning of IT assets
• Support joint ventures and project estimates as required
