Job Requirements & Skills: -
- 12 years in IT infrastructure & operations
- Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, SLAs, and compliance (ISO, SOC2)
- Experience managing data centers, cloud (Azure/AWS), and enterprise IT environments
- Bachelor's/Master s in IT or related field
- Relevant certifications: ITIL v4, PMP, Azure/AWS preferred
- IT Infrastructure Management (Windows/Linux, networking, storage)
- Cloud Ops (Azure, AWS), DR & BCP planning
