Key Responsibilities The IT Operations Manager will provide overall leadership and accountability for the Infrastructure function, including the IT Infrastructure, IT Support, and Facilities Management teams. The role is responsible for establishing a high-performing operating environment, ensuring service excellence, and driving initiatives that support the organisations strategic objectives. Operational Leadership Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT Infrastructure, IT Support, and Facilities teams.
