IT Operations Manager For Sensor Solutions
The Operations Manager will assist with technical assessments, project coordination, solution deployment, and operational support for Airport IT solutions and Managed Services in a mission-critical 24/7 environment.
Key roles and responsibilities- Collaborate with internal and external airport stakeholders to support incident troubleshooting and resolution, under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Work with technical teams and vendors to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and support the development of technical solutions and performance measures.
- Support project and change management activities to ensure solutions meet technical, functional, performance, and business requirements.
- Assist with daily operations, monitoring, maintenance, compliance, and enhancement of Airport IT systems across terminals, including 24/7 standby or support rotations when required. ...
