Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal IT infrastructure as an L3 engineer
- Investigate, resolve, and document incidents
- Deploy new and maintain existing corporate cloud services (payments, policy management, data backup, etc.)
- Deploy new and maintain existing corporate on‑premises services (backup, monitoring, logging, metrics, etc.)
- On‑call duties (shifts)
Requirements
- Experience with Linux‑based operating systems (Ubuntu Server)
- Experience deploying and administering web services (proxying, high availability, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana
- Experience with web servers (Apache/Nginx)
- Experience with Docker
- Familiarity with cloud workspaces (policies, API, SAML, SCIM, etc.)
- Experience with cloud workspaces such as Google Workspace, Yandex 360
- Python proficiency
