Requisition Summary
This position is responsible for monitoring mainframe batch processes and taking corrective action as required. The analyst conducts diagnostic troubleshooting, creates Incident Reports for next-level support and tracks incidents to ensure remediation and prevention of recurring events. The analyst must be a self-driven problem solver, and a great team player.
