Job Description
Job Scope IT Operations & User Support
- Act as first point of contact for IT service requests and incidents.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for common user issues (access, applications, devices).
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities by following provided SOPs and checklists.
- Coordinate with team and vendors for issue resolution.
- Update IT service desk tickets and operational records.
- Track IT invoices, payment status, and chargebacks using defined templates or systems.
- Coordinate with Finance and vendors on billing follow-ups.
- Maintain IT administrative records for audit and compliance purposes.
