Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Officer to provide day-to-day IT support, maintain network infrastructure, ensure system security, and support business applications. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. The role also involves basic cloud administration, cybersecurity support, IT asset management, documentation, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and automate routine tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, MacBooks, printers, email, internet, and other end‑user devices.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Support users with Microsoft 365, ERP, HRMS, Power BI, HubSpot, Salesforce/Shopify, and online meeting platforms.
