Job Description We are seeking a Network Support Engineer to provide support for the organizations network infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and availability of network services. The ideal candidate will assist in troubleshooting network issues, maintaining network equipment, and supporting day-to-day network operations. Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-level support for network-related incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot issues related to IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network routing. Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Monitor network performance and respond to alerts or outages.
