Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on IT Manager to lead our technology operations, oversee cloud and security infrastructure, and build a new IT team. This role requires both strategic leadership and the willingness to roll up sleeves to provide daily IT support across all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize cloud services to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee DigiVault systems with strict data security, compliance, and access control.
- Drive cyber security initiatives, policies, and incident response readiness.
- Develop, document, and enforce IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide hands‑on IT support across Levels 1–3, resolving daily technical issues.
