IT Support & Helpdesk Management
- Own and manage all IT support requests through ticketing or shared inbox.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
- Maintain SLAs for response and resolution times.
- Document recurring issues and standard fixes (SOP development).
- Escalate complex issues to vendors or internal leadership as needed.
- Manage IT Support Cases and Salesforce development coordination.
- Build reports using Power BI and similar.
