Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to improve business processes through system enhancements, automation, and digital solutions.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain in-house applications, reports,
- and automation tools that support business operations.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing in-house systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and usability.
- Provide first-level application support for enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, HRIS, and other outsourced business applications) by resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and escalating complex issues to vendors or senior support teams.
