Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or Python preferred)
- Familiarity with databases and system troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Support website and system maintenance tasks
- Help with IT security, backups, and data management
- Test and document software applications and updates
- Provide technical support to employees as needed
- Research and recommend IT solutions for process improvement
