Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate IT operations, systems support, and infrastructure management
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and rehabilitation, including upgrades, system migration, and modernization of existing IT environments
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Network architecture (LAN/WAN), servers, storage, and cloud-based systems
- Operating systems (Windows, macOS, and/or Linux)
- Experience in managing and maintaining:
- Network, server, and end-user computing infrastructure
