Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Troubleshoot and monitor systems operation
- Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Maintain and support IT assets such as desktops, servers, storage, network and applications platform
- Incident and Change Management
- ITE/Diploma holder or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure support
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Knowledge in Windows/Linux environment an advantage
- Comfortable working in Data Center
- Experienced in IT monitoring, Log review, Software Troubleshoot and Hardware Troubleshoot
- Handle and manage service and change requests
- Able to work on rotation shift
