Job Summary
The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for maintaining and managing the organization’s IT infrastructure and cybersecurity . This role ensures the smooth operation of a centralized Microsoft 365 ecosystem, upholds robust security measures, manages vendor relationships, and coordinates key projects to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and administer the centralized Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and related services, to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Operational Risk teams to maintain IT policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with regulatory and security compliance requirements (e.g. MAS guidelines, PCI DSS).
- Monitor and maintain cybersecurity measures, including DLP, SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and related security tools.
