Job Description
Role Overview The IT Infrastructure Engineer will own the day-to-day operations support, maintenance and support of our hybrid IT Infrastructure within a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will be the L1 technical resource responsible for keeping our Azure, M365 Tenants, Virtual machines in On-premises infrastructure, Security & network appliances. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a regulated industry.
You will work closely with the IT Manager and other cross-functional departments delivering fast, professional support to all staff across the organisation to ensure systems run smoothly, securely and in compliance with industry standards.
