• 3 years of experience in managing and configuring LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, VLANs, and network switching.
• Strong knowledge of service and application delivery, and a proven track record of meeting service level agreements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• In‑depth knowledge of current protocols and standards, such as Active Directory, Group Policies, Linux security, Cloud security, core switching/routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, virtualization, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
