JOB PURPOSE:

The IT Infrastructure Specialist plays a key role in deploying, managing, and supporting core infrastructure services across data centers and cloud-integrated environments. The role involves proactive system monitoring, patch management, upgrade planning, asset lifecycle oversight, and alignment with security and compliance mandates.

QUALIFICATION:

Engineering Degree (Computers / Electronics)

CERTIFICATIONS:

• ITIL Foundation
• Microsoft Certified
• VMware VCP or equivalent virtualization credentials
• CompTIA Server
• AI-related training or certification will be considered an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 8-10 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure management role

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS): Infrastructure Support & Maintenance

• Administer servers and storage systems across production and UAT environments
