Job Description
IT Implementation Analyst requires:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting technology implementations, deployments, infrastructure projects, or field technology operations.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting enterprise networking environments, including Cisco and/or Meraki networking equipment.
- Experience supporting and managing iOS/iPad devices, including deployment, configuration, enrollment, and troubleshooting through an MDM platform (Intune, Workspace ONE, Jamf, etc.).
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic firewall troubleshooting.
- Experience working with vendors, field technicians, and business stakeholders during installations, migrations, and production support activities.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Meraki ECMS, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Intune certifications are preferred but not required.
