Job Description
A public listed corporation, our client is a global leader in the design, building, and operation of data centers. They are currently looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their growing corporation.
As part of a 3-man team, the Customer Success Executive will support all customers orders related to network connectivity services by providing top notch customer service to create a positive customer experience. Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the incumbent will manage customer enquiries and finalizing all activities related to product selection.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Nitec/ Diploma
- Candidates with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in Telecommunication (telco) would have a strong advantage
