Ang Mo Kio — 2 Years Contract — 9am-9pm (AM), OFF 2 days, 9pm-9am(PM) — $2900 + Shift allowance $250 per month.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls from public hotline and other internal departments.
• Relay messages received from telephone hotline to appropriate resources via messaging system within required timescales.
• Monitor and create incident reports in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Relay incident reports to appropriate resources via messaging system within required timescales.
• Facilitate requests to make international calls.
• Ensure call logs are properly maintained and updated.

Working Hours

• 12‑hour rotating shifts: 9am-9pm (AM), OFF 2 days, 9pm‑9am (PM).

Compensation

• $2900 base salary.
• Shift allowance of $250 per month.
• Performance bonus.
