The successful candidate will:
⚪ Help provide first-line IT support to staff and pupils
🔧 Learn to install, configure, and maintain hardware
📋 Help maintain records of IT equipment and asset tracking
💬 Communicate with all levels of stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress
🔐 Help maintain the security of personal data and IT systems
🖥️ Develop skills across networks, systems, and telecommunications
