Job Description
**The Information Technology Technician is responsible for the assurance of IT hardware, software, connectivity, including new IT implementations are working well and in accordance with the company's IT governance and policies.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ _Security (antivirus, incidents reports, etc.)_
+ _Servers (physical and virtual, databases, storages, backups, etc.)_
+ _Connectivity (Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi Controllers, AP, Links, etc.)_
+ _Workplace (software platform for end user based on OS Windows)_
+ _IT Inventory_
+ _Configuration Management_
+ _Change Management_
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education level:** Technical degree in IT related field
+ **Knowledge required:** generalist in IT support, IT sustaining, IT infrastructure, IT connectivity, IT systems and industrial automation.
