Job Description
IT Hardware Support Technician
- Perform troubleshooting, break-fix, installation, deployment, and relocation of IT hardware.
- Support desktops, laptops, and printers across various customer environments.
- Handle project-based and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
- Keep customers informed on service appointments, progress, and resolution.
- Deliver professional and responsive support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues or concerns promptly for resolution.
- Work closely with dispatchers, team leads, and supervisors to ensure timely job completion.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
- Maintain accurate tracking and handling of all service parts.
- Ensure proper return of unused or defective parts in original packaging.
