In this role you will: End-User Support & Help Desk Serve as an escalation point for IT help desk tickets using Jira Service Desk. Troubleshoot and resolve mac OS hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Implement AI-driven ticket triage and resolution agents to increase efficiency. Systems & Saa S Administration Administer Google Workspace accounts, groups, permissions, and security policies. Manage One Login SSO and identity lifecycle. Own Saa S management through Torii, including vendor integrations, license optimization, and cost tracking. Lead employee onboarding and offboarding, streamlining provisioning and deprovisioning with AI automation. Manage the mac OS fleet through Kandji (preferred) or similar MDM platforms. AI, Automation & Innovation Design and deploy AI Agents to automate IT operations and improve support workflows.
