About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Engineer to join our IT team. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and standardization of IT operations across all business units and locations.
As a key member of the team, you will play a hands-on role in managing infrastructure, supporting end users, and enforcing Group IT standards to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
1. Infrastructure & Network Management
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi‑Fi
- Monitor and optimize firewall configurations to ensure robust network security
- Support and maintain server environments and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure)
2. Endpoint & Security Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of end‑user devices (MacBook, laptops, desktops, mobile devices)
