Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including computer systems and network performance.
- Respond to and resolve IT service requests and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Create and manage user accounts for new employees.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace hardware and software as required.
- Prepare regular IT reports, including meeting minutes and weekly activity reports.
- Process and coordinate hardware and software requests from users.
- Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.
Requirements
