Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
IT Strategy & Business Partnership (30%)
- Develop and execute the company’s corporate IT strategy aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and IPO milestones.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating business needs into practical and scalable IT solutions.
- Anticipate future requirements and proactively design systems to support expansion, geographic scale, and increasing regulatory scrutiny.
Build & Operate Corporate IT from Scratch (30%)
- Establish the corporate IT function, including tools, processes, policies, and operating standards.
- Select, implement, and manage enterprise systems such as:
- ERP / finance systems
- HR, payroll, and people systems
- Collaboration and productivity platforms
- Identity, access management, and device management
