We're seeking an experienced “IT Demand Governance Lead” to build and lead the processes, standards, and governance framework that drives how technology initiatives are evaluated, prioritized, and delivered across the organization. This is not a traditional Business Analyst or Project Manager role. Instead, you'll serve as the front door for IT demand management, partnering closely with executive leadership to create a transparent, scalable approach for managing technology investments, business requests, and strategic initiatives. This highly visible position works directly with the CIO, department leaders, executive sponsors, and stakeholders to improve decision-making, standardize business analysis practices, and support organizational transformation.
