About the Role
As an IT Data Analyst Sr, you will collect, analyze, and interpret service desk data to identify trends, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will support program operations coordination, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and continuous improvement of IT services. Along the way, you will:
- Analyze ServiceNow ticket data and deliver actionable insights for process optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Automate reporting processes and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Coordinate program operations, track deliverables, and support financial management.
