Responsibilities:

• Representing the company’s best in class IT solutions to meet client’s needs
• Replying Clients Queries and Feedbacks
• Handle IT Quotations and IT Sales Enquiries
• Actively follow up with clients on the quoted services and items
• Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty

Period:

• Permanent

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)

Location:

• Bedok
• Up to $2500
• Performance Bonus + Wellness Benefits ($400) + Birthday Leave

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills
• Basic IT knowledge on IT setup and products
