This position ensures the alignment of technology, data, and operations to enhance the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services. Serving as the primary liaison between the organizations leadership, staff, and managed IT service provider, the IT Coordinator translates technical concepts into practical, user-focused solutions that support daily operations and organizational goals. This position requires strict adherence to HIPAA privacy and security regulations. The IT Coordinator is responsible for maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information (PHI) through secure system management, staff education, and collaboration with vendors.
