Job Description

  • Oversee ibis Styles’ local network, computers, software & systems

  • Act as 1st level support to fix & repair IT-related incidents & user requests.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance of all ICT & multimedia systems & equipment

  • Assist in-house guests on IT related matters

  • Monitor the performance of systems and equipment, troubleshooting, data backup and restoration.

  • Responsible for the enforcement of IT standards and policies from Accor such as users’ rights, backup policy, preventive maintenance, contingency plan, asset and inventory management
