Job Description
Problem Solving, Presenting Technical Information, Process Improvement, Software Maintenance, Software Testing, Network Design and Implementation, Load Balancing and Scalability, Vendor Relationships, Software Performance Tuning, Network Performance Tuning, Database Performance Tuning, Network Performance Tuning.
- Assess current IT environment including:
- Collect data by identifying sources of information
- Evaluate vendor-supplied software by studying user objectives; testing software compatibility with existing hardware and programs.
- Data and Organisational Governance Framework
- Prepare IT gaps and recommendations report
- Develop IT Roadmap and Infrastructure Requirements
- Producing client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans and well documented phasing
