Must Have:
Command center experience. ITSM process and procedures Good understanding in ITIL framework Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills Ability to drive governance and controls, collaborate with cross functional teams across enterprise. Good Understanding of Monitoring Tools & alerts Monitoring Process and Management (Example: Solarwinds, Datadog, etc) Good understanding of IT infrastructure and application environment and significance of the technology stack. Good understanding and hands on experience in Certificate management(Internal & External) and renewal process Good analytical skills to understand data patterns, trends and create a plan for continuous improvement Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills Hands-on Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools, such as ServiceNow, Experience in creating R...
