Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Be the IT Owner of our Quote and Order management Application: Provide User support for questions and issues Fully understand and support our Quote and Sales Order processes Fully understand underlying data and related interfaces
  • Handle support tickets, monitor our systems and resolve system issues
  • Monitor and maintain scheduled programs and resolve Interface failures
  • Document system relations and changes to interface logic, participate in test events
  • Participate in and learn to lead Projects related to internal business processes
  • Some travel and work outside of business hours may be required
