Job Description
Job Functions:
• Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct gap analysis.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Support system configuration, product setup, testing, data migration, and UAT.
• Coordinate with business users, IT, vendors, developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
• Assist in project planning, implementation, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Recommend system enhancements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain project documentation and version control.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance or financial services industry.
