Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Perform daily checks (with basic and comprehensive checklist) for AV equipment such as checking if Project is working, wireless microphone has sufficient battery, etc.
- Prepare and standby for event
- Liaise with external vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and technical support.
- Support IT projects, office relocations, system implementations, and process improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end users when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum ITE or Diploma in IT related courses
- Minimum 1 year experience in the AV and structured cabling support for end user facilities
- Driven to learn supporting Audio and Visual Devices and IT Related devices
Contract Duration - 12 Months
