- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support the team in monitoring LAN connectivity, internet access, and general network health.
- Help perform system housekeeping tasks such as file organization, software updates, and routine maintenance.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory records (hardware and software).
