- Asset Manager will maintain inventory of IT assets and provide quarterly inventory reports.
- Collect hardware and software asset inventory manually for assets wherever the tool is not able to collect it automatically.
- Maintain an up-to-date hardware asset database through automated and manual methods with information such as configuration details, serial number, asset code, warranty/AMC details, etc.
- Maintain an up-to-date software asset database through automated and manual methods with information such as installed programs/applications, versions, licenses/subscription details, registration details, and media details.
- Assign asset codes to each asset.
- Perform automated periodic scans and on-demand scans for managed hardware and software assets.
- Install new assets and ensure standard corporate images are installed on PCs and laptops.
