IT Architect, PMO – Change & Learning Enablement
Overview of the role Saputo is seeking an IT Architect, PMO – Change & Learning Enablement to lead large‑scale SAP S/4HANA and enterprise technology transformations. You will design scalable learning solutions, shape program direction, and lead internal and external teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Reporting directly to the Director, PMO – Change Management, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across IT and the business.
Key Contributions Strategic Leadership
Define and lead enterprise learning strategies aligned with business priorities and large‑scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, enterprise digital tool deployments, and AI transformations.
Scope and estimate resourcing models, budgets, and delivery approaches for learning programs.
Act as a key advisor to senior leaders and project sponsors, influencing decisions with integrity and aligning learning outcome...
