Job Summary

2 year contract, salary up to SGD 3,500 monthly plus annual increment and performance bonus. Location: International Plaza, Singapore. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT desktop support and set up for classrooms and staff PCs.
• Install, configure, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot computer desktops, firewalls, and server operating systems (Microsoft servers, Linux servers, VMware, virtual machines, etc.) as needed.
• Perform routine system administration duties such as backup and storage functions and security maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all IT processes (e.g., SOPs, asset tracking).
• Perform tasks related to facility maintenance and troubleshooting when required.
• Facilitate principal exam administration.
