IT Administrator Role Purpose:Manage the day-to-day IT support in the Client Services for both Singapore and Asia Pacific remote offices.
Major Accountabilities:- Answer and log all support calls into the TopDesk Helpdesk System
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support and elevate to the next level if the problem cannot be resolved
